Unfiltered Negroni carefully created and handmade at Bottle Bar and Shop (in Catford, London).
 
Beautiful as a chilled aperitif, it can also be topped up with some bubbles (champagne and lemonade) to produce a delicious 'spritz' drink.

Ingredients: Campari, London dry gin, vermouth, bitters
Serving suggestion: pour 100ml over ice with a slice of orange
