Pinela is an old, local and very demanding grape variety from Vipava Valley, that needs great winemaker skill and attention. Made exactly according to the traditions of the Vipava Valley, the wine is intense golden yellow and almost oil-like when poured in the glass. Very soft on the first sip, the wine keeps evolving in the glass. The wine is full, with sophisticated spiciness, notes of vanilla, peach and apricot.
